TOP GOSPEL ACT, EVANG. ROTIMI ONIMOLE OBA ARA, BAGS DOUBLE AWARDS, NOW THE GRAND COMMANDER OF GOSPEL MUSIC

History was made this afternoon, as notable Naija born gospel act, Dr. Rotimi Onimole popularly known as Oba Ara, bagged two awards.
 The Lagos born singer of God was honoured with an award as the ‘Grand Commander of Gospel Music’ by Benny Schools and Blossom Plus Media. The very humble Oba Ara also honoured with Live Patron Award of the institution.

 With this, Oba Ara has received the highest honour in the gospel music and this has never happen to any gospel musician either live or dead.
 The ceremony for the award was held at ‘Ogijo Royal Event Centre, Ogijo, South-West Nigeria with many important personalities in attendance.

While presenting award to Oba Ara, the proprietor of Benny School, Barrister Ojuoluwa Blossom, said that the top gospel act was honoured because of his immense contribution to the growth and development of gospel music in Nigeria.

 ‘We are have beigh watching for long and we are happy to inform you that you are a pace-setter in the music Your humility has no second, you are indeed the epitome of humility’.
Barrister Ojuoluwa told Oba Ara. In his response, Oba Ara, thanks the organizer for the prestigious award given to him also promised to continue promoting the gospel of God to the highest level.
